Job Title: Social Value Delivery Lead                     Reports to: Managing Director

We're currently seeking an inspirational leader who can create a positive environment where people can bring themselves to work and achieve more. This role is all about driving social impact and making things happen.  

 

You’ll build strong networks with community groups, training providers, and employers, creating clear pathways into work, leading on delivering commissioned work on behalf of our subsidiary charity - ensuring everything stays on track and is clearly reported.  

 

You’ll also manage key contracts with funders, aligning delivery with client priorities, making sure they’re adding value and meeting targets, partnering with the Social Value Strategy Lead to spot new opportunities and keep the business future-ready. You’ll lead with energy, create a space where people thrive, and use data smartly to drive the business forward.
