About Procure Plus

Do you want to work for a business that does more than just talk about corporate citizenship and making a difference? At Procure Plus, we are driven by a purpose, to find out more, simply read on.

We provide cost-effective, high-quality procurement solutions for social housing landlords and other public sector bodies. We win work by being the best and invest our hard-earned surplus into our core commitment of creating meaningful employment opportunities for individuals who have been traditionally left on the sidelines. This amounts to several hundred people having the dignity of the work that they seek and deserve.

But we're also more than just work ourselves; we're all about our people. Our culture is apparent in all that we do, and we are committed to providing an environment where our team can grow, be themselves, and flourish, both professionally and personally.

About You and the Role

The Project Coordinator role is focused on supporting the wider business through the delivery of reporting, procurement administration, and high-volume ad hoc activities. Working across multiple projects and workstreams, the role requires strong organisation, accuracy, and time management to ensure activities are delivered efficiently and within demanding timescales in a fast-paced environment.

A key part of the role involves producing, analysing, and interpreting operational and stakeholder reporting to support project delivery, performance tracking, and business decision-making. This includes working with systems such as our in-house project management platform and Power BI to support clients with asset management activities and provide accurate data and reporting outputs across the business. The role also requires developing commercial awareness, contributing to technical specifications, and building an understanding of existing and emerging technologies.

If you’re successful, you will support and administer compliant procurement competitions across Frameworks and Dynamic Markets, including tender preparation, clarifications, evaluations, supplier communications, and award processes. Alongside procurement responsibilities, the role provides responsive support to internal teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers through a broad range of operational and administrative activities, helping to maintain effective service delivery and project progression across the business.

Why work with us?

We’re dedicated professionals who believe work should be enjoyed, not endured. We offer flexibility wherever we can, because we understand you also have a life outside of work. Our work environment is relaxed and friendly, diverse and inclusive; somewhere you will feel valued and respected.

Regardless of your role, we reward ability, performance, and a positive attitude with a comprehensive package that caters to your needs. Our package includes a company bonus, a generous holiday allowance (25 days plus bank holidays for full-time employees, increasing to 30 days plus bank holidays over time), healthcare coverage, a pension scheme with matched contributions up to 7%, life assurance, salary sacrifice schemes, and free parking.

Procure Plus is experiencing an exciting time of growth as we expand our services and reach a broader audience nationwide, whilst maintaining our position as a leading framework for social housing.
